Ten points, accepted by every supplier at registration and with every quotation.

The Code

Lawful business
Comply with the laws of Qatar and of every country you operate in, including sanctions, export controls and customs rules.

No bribery, no gifts
Offer nothing of value to any Lusail Corp employee, agent or their relatives to win or keep business. Hospitality beyond a working meal is declined.

Conflicts disclosed
Tell us in writing if any Lusail Corp employee or their relative has an interest in your company, before you quote.

Fair competition
Price independently. No agreement with another bidder on price, quantity, territory or whether to bid.

People and safety
No forced or child labour, lawful wages and hours, and a safe workplace for everyone in your supply chain.

Environment
Meet the environmental laws that apply to your operations, and tell us about any permit you rely on to supply us.

Accurate documents
Every certificate, specification and test result you send is genuine, current and describes the goods actually shipped.

Confidentiality
Specifications, quantities and prices in an event are shared with you for that event only.

Subcontractors and audit
Anyone you subcontract is bound by this Code, and we may audit compliance on reasonable notice.

Breach
A breach may suspend or end your registration. Report a concern to the Group at the address on the Supplier Portal.
